All orders will be processed and ship as soon as possible. We ship all packages via USPS priority mail which is guaranteed delivery in 3 business days. If it has been more than 3 days since your package has shipped and it has not yet arrived, please check the tracking number that you received with your shipping confirmation email. Occasionally, USPS takes an extra day to deliver. If the package is still not delivered, please reach out to us at taycofarms@tayco.net.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final and non-returnable but, if you have an issue with your products, we ask that you reach out to us at taycofarms@tayco.net to see if we can help you resolve the issue. We also ask that you take extra care when filling out your shipping information, as we cannot refund or replace any shipment which has not been delivered due to entering the wrong mailing address. Tayco Farms is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for the order.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently Tayco Farms only ships within the United States. This includes Alaska and Hawaii but not Puerto Rico.
